南京临时政府外交政策述论

作为近代中国谋求国家富强的初步尝试，南京临时政府的成立是重要的里程碑式事件。南京临时政府的外交政策往往被学者们笼统地概括为“和平外交”，而对临时政府采取的具体措施和原因的复杂性有所忽略。南京临时政府的和平外交在一定程度上巩固了革命政权，赢得了广泛的国际赞誉;另一方面，这种外交政策体现了临时政府的软弱性，充分展示了近代中国外交、特别是民国时期存在的外交困境。南京临时政府的外交政策是国内外综合要素下的必然产物，成为后来中华民国历届政府制定外交政策的重要依据。

On the foreign policy of the provisional government of Nanjing
              
Abstract:As a preliminary attempt to seek a strong and prosperous country in modern China, the establishment of the provisional government of Nanjing is an important milestone. The foreign policy of the provisional government of Nanjing is generally summarized as "peaceful diplomacy" by scholars, but it is not very clear about the specific measures and reasons of the temporary government. The provisional government of Nanjing peaceful diplomacy to consolidate the revolutionary political power in a certain extent, has won widespread international acclaim; on the other hand, the foreign policy reflects the weakness of the provisional government, fully demonstrated the modern China diplomacy, especially the diplomatic dilemma existing in the period of Republic of china. The foreign policy of the provisional government of Nanjing is the inevitable outcome of the comprehensive elements at home and abroad.
