【内容摘要】

牡丹原花色素的高效提取及抗氧化功能研究

原花色素是指存在于花中各种呈色物质的总称,属于类黄酮类,是目前已知的抗氧化性最强的物质之一。本实验以简便高效的有机溶剂浸提法为基础,辅助以超声波对原材料进行处理,加快色素成分的转移和扩散,从而提高牡丹原花色素的浸出效率,以达到原花色素的高效提取,继而进一步研究其功能。通过体外实验分别进行了牡丹原花色素对DPPH·自由基、·OH羟基自由基、O2-·超氧阴离子自由基的清除率及总抗氧化能力的测定,为牡丹原花色素的高效利用和深入开发提供一定依据。

Study on the extraction and functional properties of the Proanthocyanidins from Paeonia suffruticosa
          
Abstract:  The Proanthocyanidins is a general term for all kinds of colorful substances present in flower, it is belongs to flavonoids. Proanthocyanidins is the most known antioxidants in the world. This experiment is based on a simple and efficient extraction method, assist in the processing of raw materials with ultrasound, to accelerate the transfer and diffusion of pigment components, so as to improve the leaching efficiency of peony pigment. Achieve the efficient extraction of proanthocyanidins to make further study on its function. Through vitro experiments, we can caculate the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical, OH hydroxyl radical, superoxide anion radical and total antioxidant capacity. It can provide scientific reference and basis for the comprehensive utilization and deep development of peony flower proanthocyanidins.
