【内容摘要】

本文阐述的消失模铸造的内涵及其发展,消失模铸造(又称实型铸造)是将与铸件尺寸形状相似的泡沫模型粘结组合成模型簇,刷涂耐火涂料并烘干后,

埋在干石英砂中振动造型,在负压下浇注,使模型气化,液体金属占据模型位置,凝固冷却后形成铸件的新型铸造方法。同时就消失模铸造的工艺过程及其过程中所遇到的一些问题进行了讨论。
本设计主要是利用消失模来制造三维振实台。在本设计中阐述了所研制的三维振实台的结构、工作原理、控制方法及振实工艺;对影响砂型振实效果的主要初始参数振动加速度和振动频率作了详尽的分析和合理选用;对缓冲空气弹簧的垂直与横向刚度和所需振动电机激振力及其同步转动的效果进行了详细的计算。经测试验证,实际振动加速度与计算数据基本相符。

Abstract
The paper expounds the connotation of epc and its development, the epc (solid casting) is similar to the shape and size of castings foam model into cluster model binder brush refractory coating and drying, buried in dry quartz vibration model, under negative pressure casting, make model, liquid metal occupy model gasification, solidification cools casting foundry method type. As the epc process encountered and some problems are discussed.

In this paper the research and design of the 3d vibration compaction machine structure, working principle and control method and vibration compaction technology, To affect the main vibration compaction effect of sand initial parameters vibration acceleration and vibration frequency for a detailed analysis and reasonable selection, Buffer air spring of vertical and lateral stiffness and the vibration motor excitation synchronous rotation and the effect of a detailed calculation. The test verification, practical vibration acceleration and calculated data.
