Though cupola has a history of more than 200 years,It is one of the main devices of smelting of  cast iron.This is due to its craft character:continuous smelting,reflux heat exchanging,high thermal efficiency before and in the smelting,metallurgy function in the smelting,Good ability of adapting to stove material.The technique of cupola is more and more perfect,Its investment and motion fees is lower.So cupola is still trusted by users and It will extensively exist for a long time.Hot wind cupola is an important measure to strengthen smelting result,to raise the temperature of metal fluid and to improve the quality of metal fluid.Hot wind out stove is a measure to raise the temperature of the supplied wind abroad.But cupola with Hot wind out stove has complex structure and high investment,so that It is hard to adapt middle or small casting producing.In our country Hot wind in stove is popularly used.This paper is concented on the calculate of the heat exchanger in the stove:Its structurl requests,Its selection of material,the structurl analysis of the heat exchanger's thermal expansion,the mode of the heat exchanging and so on.
