扶贫工作绩效的社会监督机制
贫困问题一直是全球面临的挑战，世界各国都在积极采取措施，加大扶贫力度，投入扶贫资金，提升本国减贫绩效。我国作为一个人口大国，一直致力于脱贫减贫事业。新时代下，公众力量在政府的引导下积极参与到扶贫开发中，多元扶贫格局的形成，迫切需要完善扶贫工作绩效的社会监督机制，重点研究社会监督机制在扶贫工作中的重要性。分析现阶段我国扶贫工作绩效的公众监督机制、媒体监督机制、扶贫对象监督机制、社会组织监督机制的运行现状，并就其存在的问题提出自己的看法和应对措施。通过扶贫工作绩效的社会监督机制的完善，去保证扶贫工作的高绩效。伴随着政府管理走向社会治理，社会力量在管理社会公共事务中扮演着越来越重的角色，权力的下放与分散，需要权力的监督体系更加灵活，所以社会监督机制是我国监督体系发展的一个必然趋势。

ABSTRACT：Poverty has always been a global challenge. All countries in the world are actively taking measures to increase poverty alleviation, invest in poverty alleviation funds and improve the performance of poverty reduction in the country. As a large population country, China has been committed to poverty alleviation and poverty reduction. Under the new era, under the guidance of the government, the public power is actively involved in the development of poverty alleviation and the formation of the muti-poverty alleviation pattern. It is urgent to improve the social supervision mechanism of the performance of poverty alleviation work, and focus on the importance of the social supervision mechanism in the work of poverty alleviation. The current status of the public supervision mechanism, the media supervision mechanism, the supervision mechanism of the object of poverty alleviation, the supervision mechanism of the social organization are analyzed, and the existing problems are put forward and the countermeasures are put forward. Through the improvement of social supervision mechanism of poverty alleviation performance, we must ensure the high performance of poverty alleviation. With the government management to social governance, the social force plays a more and more important role in the management of social public affairs. The decentralization and decentralization of power needs the power supervision system to be more flexible. So the social supervision mechanism is an inevitable trend of the development of China's supervision system.
