基于人因工程的办公环境解决方案及其优化

随着时代的发展，办公环境也在不断发展和变化。为了提高员工在办公室里的办公效率及质量，有必要对现有的办公环境存在的一些共性问题进行优化改善。结合国内外基于人因工程解决办公环境问题的案例研究，借助问卷调查及现场走访调查的方式，获取最新数据，运用人因工程体系，分析数据，找出现有办公室里违背人体科学的办公环境问题，并逐一提出解决或优化方案。旨在为人因工程在优化办公环境方面提供一些帮助，为企业员工们打造一个人“人性化”、“生态化”的办公环境，不仅有利于提高企业员工们的办公效率和质量，更能增强企业凝聚力，创造更大的企业价值。

Abstract：With the development of the times, the office environment is constantly evolving and changing. In order to improve the efficiency and quality of employees’ work in the office, it is necessary to optimize and improve common problems existing in the existing office environment..According to the case study based on human engineering to solve the office environment problem at home and abroad, the latest data is obtained by means of questionnaire survey and field visit investigation. The problem of office environment that violates human science in office is found, and the solution or optimization plan is put forward one by one.The purpose of this paper is to provide some help for the people to optimize the office environment, to create a "humanized" and "ecological" office environment for the employees, not only to improve the efficiency and quality of the employees' office, but also to enhance the cohesion of the enterprise and create a greater enterprise value.
