北京文化创意产业出口现状及发展

如今这个以知识资本为驱动力的新经济发展时代,文化创意产业的价值越来越受到重视。本文首先明确北京文创产业概念范围从而针对性从宏观微观角度深入分析,发现产业自身整体规模相对小,由于政策灵活性和匹配性不佳导致产业增速动力不足。产业独特的人文地域性为相关产品出口认可、接受度带来了挑战,缺乏国际影响力的知名品牌打开国外市场,出口贸易市场份额占比小。借鉴美国及韩国的成功发展案例,发现产业集群化、完备的产业链对于产业整体规模经济发展的重大推动力。于北京而言,政府要积极制定有效政策来指导产业发展,注重创新意识,文创企业要树立自主品牌意识,加强文创产品的竞争力,从而实现“走出去”、促进“世界城市”定位的发展。

A Study on the present situation and development of Beijing Cultural and Creative Industry export
Abstract: Nowadays, with the era of new economic development driven by intellectual capital, the value of cultural and creative industries has been receiving more and more attention. This paper first clarifies the scope of Beijing's cultural and creative industry concept and then analyzes from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives. It finds that the overall scale of the industry itself is relatively small. Due to the lack of policy flexibility and matching, the growth of the industry is insufficient. The unique humanistic regional nature of the industry has brought challenges to the recognition and acceptance of related products, and lacking well-known brands with international influence to open up foreign markets, so the market share of export trade is small. Drawing on the successful development cases of the United States and South Korea, it is found that the industrial cluster and complete industrial chain are a major driving force for the overall scale economy of the industry. For Beijing, the government must actively formulate effective policies to guide industrial development and focus on innovation. Enterprises should establish their own brand awareness and strengthen the competitiveness of cultural and creative products, so as to achieve “Outgoing Strategy” and promoting the development of the “World City” positioning.
