上海自贸区的贸易便利化问题

上海自由贸易试验区形成也有利于我国迎接现在全球激烈竞争的新的优势，构建与各国共同合作发展的新局面。本文对上海自贸区的贸易便利化问题展开研究。通过研究发现，上海自贸区贸易增长稳定，贸易规模不断扩大，但是还面临贸易便利化的成本过高、基础设施建设还不够完善、相应的法律法规还不够完善、有关合作机制建立不完善等问题，所以上海自贸区要多多借鉴美国、新加坡等发达国家贸易便利化的成功经验，控制成本，完善基础设施建设，完善相应法律法规建立快捷有效的协调合作机制。

 The Research of Shanghai Free Trade zone of Trade Facilitation

Abstract：The formation of Shanghai Free Trade Pilot Area is also conducive to our country to meet the new advantages of fierce global competition and build a new situation of cooperation and development with other countries. This paper studies the trade facilitation of Shanghai FTA. Through the research, it is found that the trade growth of Shanghai FTA is stable and the scale of trade is expanding continuously, but it also faces such problems as the high cost of trade facilitation, the imperfect infrastructure construction, the imperfect laws and regulations, and the imperfect establishment of cooperation mechanism. Therefore, Shanghai FTA should learn more from the successful trade facilitation economies of developed countries such as the United States and Singapore. We should test, control costs, improve infrastructure construction, improve relevant laws and regulations, and establish a fast and effective coordination and cooperation mechanism.

贸易便利化已经成为了世界所关注的焦点，从各种贸易制度的措施到系统的欧盟电子海关等，再到美国的通关制度、货物分类制度等的建设，贸易便利化在世界范围内己经占据了非常重要的地位。
发展上海自由贸易试验区的贸易便利化有利于我国更好的参与全球经济治理，更好的形成多方合作的良好局面，同时体现当今世界和平与发展的两大主题，发展中国贸易便利化的意义重大。
