山东省缩小城乡居民收入差距的财政政策研究1978年,我国开始实行改革开放，山东省乘着改革开放的东风大力发展经济，经济水平得到大幅度的提升，然而山东省城乡居民收入差距非但没有缩小，反而呈现拉大的趋势。作为统筹城乡居民收入分配的主要途径，财政政策在缩小城乡居民收入差距方面显现出十分重要的作用。故本文试图从绝对量和地域两个角度对我省城乡居民收入差距现状进行剖析，并建立计量模型，对其进行实证分析，依据检验结果总结归纳出财政政策是如何影响城乡居民收入差距的，进而提出有针对性的财政政策建议。

Research on fiscal policy of narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in Shandong
ABSTRACT
In 1978, China began to implement the reform and opening up, Shandong province took the reform and opening up economic development, economic level has been greatly improved, however, in Shandong Province, the urban-rural income gap has not narrowed, but showed a widening trend. As the main way to co-ordinate the income distribution between urban and rural residents, fiscal policy plays a very important role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze the present situation of the income gap between urban and rural residents in our province from the two angles of the absolute amount and area, and established the econometric model based on the empirical analysis, based on the test results summarized the fiscal policy is how to influence the income gap between urban and rural residents, and put forward the pertinent fiscal policy recommendations.
