特朗普减税对中美双边贸易的影响及对策研究

本文从特朗普减税的实施背景及内容入手，从理论上分析了减税产生的经济影响，以此为基础结合相关数据，从中美两国进出口与双边投资两个方面阐述了特朗普减税政策对中美双方贸易的影响。中国应对此次税改的关键是提升核心竞争力。以此为契机降低并规范税外收费；继续大力推进并完善供给侧改革及对外开放，提振实体经济，提高开放型经济发展水平；加强国际税收与经贸协调，与其他各国保持良好的经贸关系，全面加强与美国的战略互信与经济合作。

 Study on the Influence and Countermeasures of Trump’s Tax Cuts on Bilateral Trade between China and US
ABSTRACT
On December 2, 2017, the $1.4 trillion Trump’s Tax Cut was passed in the Senate with a 51-49 vote, drawing global attention. This paper makes a simple data analysis on China's foreign trade relations in recent years. Combined with macro and micro economic theory, this paper expounds the impact of Trump's tax reduction policy on both China and the US from two aspects of import and export and bilateral investment between China and the US. The key to China's tax reform is to enhance its core competitiveness. We will take this opportunity to reduce and standardize the extra tax charge; continue to vigorously promote and improve the supply side reform and opening to the outside world, revitalize the real economy, improve the level of the development of the open economy, strengthen the coordination of international taxation and economic and trade, maintain good economic and trade relations with other countries, and comprehensively strengthen the strategic mutual trust and economic cooperation with the US.
