体育锻炼与大学生积极心理品质的相关研究

【内容摘要】

体育锻炼与大学生积极心理品质的相关研究本研究通过问卷调查法,选取山西中医药大学、太原理工大学、中北大学以及常州工学院四所高校的部分学生进行了比较。结果发现:一、大学生积极心理品质在性别方面存在差异。在总分上,女生均分高于男生,但不存在显著差异;差异主要表现在“人性与爱”维度上,且存在显著差异;在“智能与知识”、“正直与勇气”、“正义与合作”、“自我管理与超越”、以及“灵性与超越”方面,女生均分均高于男生,存在差异,但并不显著。二、健康状况越好,心理品质均分越高,说明大学生健康状况不同,积极心理品质存在差异;在总分上存在显著差异;在“智能与知识”、“正直与勇气”、“人性与爱”、“正义与合作”、“自我管理与谦逊”、“灵性与超越”六个子维度上差异显著。三、大学生体育锻炼组积极心理品质的均分在总分上高于非锻炼组,且存在显著差异;体育锻炼组在各个维度的均分也均高于非锻炼组。四、大学生体育锻炼参与度对积极心理品质有影响但不显著。其中锻炼频率在自我管理与谦逊维度上差异显著。总而言之,除其他各类相关教育外,高校应重视体育锻炼对大学生积极心理品质的影响,从锻炼项目、锻炼频率、锻炼时间、锻炼年限等着重入手,加强大学生体育锻炼,提高大学生积极心理品质。

Abstract:In this paper,some students from Shanxi university of traditional Chinese medicine,Taiyuan university of science and technology ,Zhongbei university and Changzhou institute of technology were selected for comparative study through questionnaire survey.The results shows that there was a gender difference in the positive psychological quality of college students.In the total score of girls is higher than that of boys,but there is no significant difference.The difference is mainly in the ‘humanity and love’ dimension,and there are significant differences in’ intelligence and knowledge’,integrity and courage’,’justice and cooperation’,’self-management and humility’,as well as ‘spirituality and transcendence’,there were differences,but not significant.Secondly,the better the health condition,the higher the average score of psychological quality,indicating that there are differences in the health status of college students’ positive mental quality.There was a significant differences in ‘intelligence and knowledge’,’integrity and warrior’,‘human and love’,’justice and cooperation’,’self-management and humility’,and ‘spirituality and transcendence’.Third,the average score of positive mental quality of college students' physical exercise group is higher than that of non-exercise group in total score, and there are significant differences. The average score of the exercise group was also higher than that of the non-exercise group in all dimensions.Lastly, college students' participation in physical exercise has an impact on positive psychological quality, but it is not significant. Among them, the training frequency is significantly different in ‘self-management and humility’. To sum up, in addition to other kinds of related education, colleges and universities should pay attention to the influence of physical training on college students' positive psychological quality, from the exercise program, exercise frequency and exercise time, fixed number of year, this article emphatically to strengthen college students' physical training, so as to further improve the quality of the college students' positive psychology.
