中医学与音乐疗法对肝郁型大鼠内分泌功能影响的研究

当前随着社会的飞速发展，人们生活节奏越来越快，以及来自生活中诸多方面压力的增加，临床上抑郁状态患者日益增多。目前多数中医学者将抑郁状态又称为郁证，郁症可影响病人的社会交往、职业能力及身体活动，感染其他疾病的易可能性增加。由于抑郁障碍病人具有自伤、杀害他人的危险性，甚至产生自杀言行。所出现的这些状况都会影响社会的稳定和发展。患者感觉到痛苦、劳动能力丧失以及带来了经济的损失，此类疾病是危害人类身心健康的多发病。
中医在防治学上强调辨证论治，其防治疾病的优点并不在于消除原始致病因素及逆转病理变化，而是从总体上把握机体在各种因素作用下的反应状态，从而进行整体性调节。同样音乐治疗也并不是直接针对疾病病灶，而是通过多种途径作用于人体，进而影响人的心理、情绪和生理状态，以达到治疗疾病的目的，这一点和中医的整体观念十分接近。本实验拟采用逍遥散配合五行音乐疗法，对肝郁证动物模型的神经内分泌指标进行检测，探讨逍遥散防治肝郁证的机理以及音乐疗法对肝郁大鼠模型的干预机制，同时探索郁证的联合干预治疗方法及手段，为临床应用提供实验依据。

ABSTRACT：At present, with the rapid development of society, the accelerating pace of people's lives, and the increasing pressure from many aspects of life, the number of patients suffering from clinical depression is increasing.At present, most TCM scholars refer to depression as depression. Depression can significantly affect the patient's social interaction, professionalism and physical activity, and increase the susceptibility to other diseases.Because patients with depressive disorders have the risk of self-inflicted and killing others, they even commit suicide. These are not conducive to social stability and development. From the patient's own pain, loss of labor ability and economic loss, the cost is enormous, and such diseases have become common and frequently-occurring diseases that endanger human physical and mental health.
Chinese medicine emphasizes syndrome differentiation in the control of prevention and treatment. The advantage of disease prevention and control is not to eliminate the original pathogenic factors and reversing the pathological changes as the specialty, but to grasp the reaction state of the body under the influence of various factors and to conduct overall adjustment. The same music therapy is not directly aimed at the disease focus, but through a variety of ways to affect the human body, thereby affecting people's psychological, emotional and physiological state, in order to achieve the purpose of treatment of the disease, which is very close to the overall concept of Chinese medicine. In this experiment, Xiaoyao San was used in conjunction with the Five Elements Music Therapy to examine the neuroendocrinological parameters of animal models of liver depression syndrome, to explore the mechanism of Xiaoyaosan in preventing and treating liver depression syndrome and the intervention mechanism of music therapy in rat model of liver depression, and to explore depression syndrome. The combined intervention treatment methods and methods provide experimental basis for clinical application.
