家族企业传承模式研究Down Model of Family Business

家族企业是世界范围内普遍存在的企业组织形式，在社会、经济的发展中具有非常重要的地位。子承父业是家族企业代代相传的常见方式。在中国这样一个“家”文化传统浓厚的国度里，子承父业更有其深厚的文化基础。但是，随着社会、经济的发展，家族企业需要更加完善其传承的模式及过程，这样企业才能更好地发展。
本文主要通过对我国家族企业传承模式的相关研究,包括对其定义，模式以及传承的过程和传承过程中需要注意的问题来讨论了我国家族企业是如何进行传承的以及如何完善传承的过程。
我国家族企业的一般传承模式是：1.子承父业；2.近亲家族成员传承；3.泛家族化传承；4.职业经理人。家族企业在传承的过程中通常会遇到一些问题，比如：是选择自己人来传承还是选择职业经理人，在传承以后第一代领导人什么时候放权等等问题。本文提出了一下几个对策：1、建立良好的适合于企业传承的文化；2、进行制度创新，对企业经营权及所有权进行分离；3、完善继承人的培养计划；4、平稳权利交接的过程。
