由于社会经济的快速发展，环境污染问题的全球化，使得企业外部利益相关者了解环境信息的需求越来越大，
环境问题也越来越成为经济问题了，具体到企业也就成为涉及财务状况和经营成果的问题了。因此，企业对外披露环境会计信息也成为必然。由于环境会计这一主题在我国发展的历史时间比较短，还存在着争议的地方。除此之外关于环境会计信息的披露，企业在这方面还存在着很多问题，为此，笔者在下文中提出了自己的见解和建议。
首先笔者首先阐述了什么是环境会计，环境会计的内容以及本文所要研究的环境会计信息的披露，其次，笔者通过已经有人研究过的关于国内外对环境会计信息披露的情况以及存在的问题，再次，论述我国环境会计信息应该披露的内容以及形式，最后提出了关于我国环境会计信息披露问题的建议。笔者希望能够通过本文让更多的人比较系统地了解关于环境会计以及环境会计信息的披露，而从让更多的人加强对环境会计信息披露的注意。当然，由于笔者的水平有限，论文中可能会有的或多或少的缺陷，还请大家多多指导。

ABSTRACT：
With the high-speed development of economic, the use of resource and the worsen of environment, more and more company outside benefit relatives want to know the information of environment accounting, Environment becomes economic problem. The relatives want to know the balance sheet of economic accounting and the result of the operation of company. Economic environment become inevitable. However there are a lot of controversy subject because of the short history. Beside this, there are a lot of problems. The key point is how to report the information of environment accounting objectively.
At first, the writer will describe the economic accounting, the information of economic accounting, Secondly the writer will describe the situation and the problem of the economic accounting information. Thirdly, the writer will mention the content, the form of the economic accounting.. At last, the writer will mention the suggestion of the disclosure. The writer wishes more and more people can pay more attention on the disclosure of the economic accounting’s information.
