文章着重探讨企业的外汇风险管理的方法和策略，从外汇风险的成因、种类，企业应对外汇风险时所面临的问题等，
以及企业对待风险的策略入手探讨，给出企业规避外汇风险的方法。本文通过理论分析和案例分析的方法，得出结论为：现阶段，企业必须使产品在国际市场上更具竞争力，并致力于不断拓展市场，这是我国企业应对外汇风险的发展趋势。同时，企业需学会灵活的选择规避外汇风险的方法。现阶段我国企业最重要的避险方法是国际贸易融资和远期结售汇，但随着我国金融衍生品市场的改革发展，企业必须注重对各种金融衍生品的运用，这也是规避外汇风险的最有效途径。随着中国经济的不断壮大，将会有越来越多的企业走出国门，学会更好的规避外汇风险，将会使企业建立起一种新的竞争优势。

ABSTRACT
The article is primarily to expatiate foreign risks' cause of formation, category, enterprises' attitude to foreign risks and problems of facing foreign risks. Finally, I will talk about the measures of being guard against foreign risks. The article adopts theoretical analysis and case analysis methods and concludes: at this stage, enterprises should make our products more competitive in the international markets, and continuously expand the market, which are the trends that China's enterprises face exchange risks. At the same time, enterprises should flexibly choose the methods to avoid foreign exchange risks. At this stage, the most important methods are international trade finance and forward foreign exchange settlement. However, as the reform and development of China's financial market, enterprises should focus on the use of financial derivatives, and this is the most effective way to avoid foreign exchange risks. As China's economy has grown, there will be more and more enterprises to go out into the world and learn better to avoid foreign exchange risks, and this will enable enterprises to build a new competitive edge.
