自20世纪末至本世纪初，跨国投资规模不断扩大，企业的投资方式正趋向于多元化。
跨国投资多指通过对外直接投资以参与经营管理，实现最终目标和直接目标高度统一的长期投资行为。对于投资方而言，在取得较高投资收益之前，必须对相关领域趋势做出前瞻性预测及分析。
本文是在当今全球经济背景下，跨国投资的动因与发展趋势，再对跨国投资对各国产生的资本领域变化进行分析。与此同时，作者会进一步深入阐述国际资跨国投资所产生的收益效果与防范风险的相应措施。
其中，笔者会从以下两方面进行重点阐述。第一，众多大型跨国集团放眼国际市场，在本国市场外的商业领域进行投资，为自身的规模扩张奠定基础，也为投资所在地引入各类资源，实现世界范围内的贸易互通有无。第二，跨国投资行为不可避免地会产生风险，因此，必须采取相应措施稳定收益，规避风险，使企业健康、有序、持续地发展。

ABSTRACT
From the end of the 20th century to the beginning of this century, the scale of transnational investment grows explosively and unceasingly.The way of transnational investment tends to be in the various way.The transnational investment refers to the foreign direct investment involving the management and the operation,which achieves the ultimate objective of the unified long-term investment.Speaking of the investor,it is necessary to make the forward-looking analysis of the circulation of capital and the tendency in the related domains before obtaining the high investment yield.
The article is aimed at introducing the cause and development tendency of transnational investment.Then,the author will analyze the transformation of capital field caused by investment of multinational investment.Meanwhile, the author will furthur elaborate on the consequential revenue effect of the transnational investment and the measures against risks.
And, the author will carry on the key elaborations from the following two aspects. Firstly,numerous large-scale transnational groups take a broad view at the international market, carries on the investment outside the country’s market and its expansion lays the foundation to introduce various resources, resulting in the worldwide scale trade to help supply each other. Secondly,inevitable risks of transnational investment will make the measures necessary with the purpose of lowering risks .Thus,enterprises will follow the way of developing healthily,orderly and sustainably.
