抗打击能力弱是我国中小企业诞生以来一直存在的问题，在全球经济的大背景下，
国内国外消费信心不足，导致市场供大于求使得中小上市公司也难免进入一般中小企业的困境。本论文在公司资本结构理论基础上，根据已有学者对影响中小企业融资需求与资本结构选择的特征因素的逻辑分类，通过实例进行验证性与开创性的分析，提出自己对于科学的企业资本结构的看法。

Abstract
Since the birth of China's small and medium enterprises has been weak anti-strike capability. In the context of the global economy, lack of consumer confidence at home and abroad, leading to oversupply allows small and medium listed companies are bound to enter into the difficulties of SMEs. In this paper, the company's capital structure theory based on the academics have already affecting SME financing needs and capital structure characteristics of selected factors that logic classification, an example to verify sex and groundbreaking analysis, put forward its own capital structure of science view.
