本文首先对股权结构、公司治理等重要概念进行范畴界定，
综合分析了我国企业股权结构的演变过程，以及股权结构与经营绩效的相关性。从相关公司治理理论回顾，得出结论：股权结构与公司绩效取得很强的相关性。在此基础上本文对我国上市公司股权结构与经营绩效的相互关系进行了实证分析。本研究选取2007年度我国388家上市公司为样本数据对股权结构和经营绩效进行实证研究，运用股权结构指标和股权结构与经营绩效相关性数据，研究了不同股权结构下公司经营绩效的差异，揭示了经营绩效和股权结构之间的关系。研究结论表明：股权结构和经营绩效的相关性较小。

ABSTRACT
This paper first on the ownership structure, corporate governance, and other important areas defined concept, a comprehensive analysis of China's enterprises stake in the evolution of the structure, and shareholding structure and operating performance of the correlation. The paper focuses on the comprehensive analysis, clear ownership structure of listed companies in China with the operating performance of the mutual relations. From the relevant theories of corporate governance, we concluded: ownership structure and corporate performance made a strong correlation. We choose listed companies in China 2007 to conduct sample data shareholding structure and operating performance of the empirical study, the use of indicators and equity ownership structure and business performance related data, studies of the different companies operating under the ownership structure of the performance differences, and put forward operating performance and the relationship between ownership structure. Conclusion: equity structure and operating performance are considered less relevant.
