北京地区房地产类上市公司投资价值分析

中国宏观经济发展良好，房地产更是发展迅速，加之2008年奥运会的驱动作用，更说明北京地区房地产类上市公司有较好的投资价值。北京地区共有11家房地产类上市公司，其中金融街公司的业绩突出，行业综合排名比较靠前，同时受到奥运会的影响，使金融街成为最具有投资价值的股票。

Abstract
The Chinese real estate industry is rapidly expanding, and simultaneously the Olympic Game is going to be held in Beijing, both of which cause Beijing real estate tectonic plate to receive the attention. The research of the investment value of listed companies may enrich the analysis method of investment value, and also helps the investor to make the investment decision. Chinese macro economy and the real estate are rapidly developing, which show that real estate of Beijing has the best investment value in addition of 2008 Olympic Game’s actuation function. There are 11 listed companies of real estate in Beijing and Finance Street has the best investment value.
