出口信用保险在发达国家和发展中国家的贸易中扮演着十分重要的角色，承保的又不是一般的保险机构愿意或有能力承保的风险，
出口信用的核心问题是出口信用的风险管控。通过数据统计，比较分析等研究方法，从我国出口信用保险机构的风险管控现状入手，对其管控能力及完善措施进行了阐述。针对目前出口信用保险机构的经营业绩，指出其具有风险管控能力不断提高，对经济发展起到促进作用的积极方面，但也依然存在如风险准备金不足等各种问题。而对这些问题，通过国际借鉴，理论说明，逐一提出了相关解决方法。

Abstract
Export credit insurance play a major role in trade between developed and developing countries. Export credit insurance tries to improve the ability of the organization in risk management by accepting system risk. But it is not risk that the common insurance company would like to or have ability to accept. So the kernel question of deciding export credit is risk management.
In the article, the methods of comparison and connecting theory with the data statistics, the comparative analysis, and other measures. Starting with the current operating risk management system of export credit insurance, the existed problems and ways to solve it are fully discussed here. It pointed out the status of export credit insurance company under the present risk management function. main bodies mentions that the ability of the organization in risk management is enhanced and promotes the economy development, but it still has problems such as risk reserve fund insufficiency and by using the international model, the theory explained, proposed the correlation solution one by one.
