商务信函英语写作的特点与技巧

随着国际贸易的迅速发展以及国际间商务合作日益加强,    商务信函作为传输信息的载体是业务交流过程中不可缺少的重要部分。它贯穿于对外贸易的各个环节,及时完整并准确地为贸易双方传递商务信息以及帮助双方达成最有效的交流与沟通。本文重点探讨商务信函英语写作特点和写作技巧,从而强化其在国际商务谈判中的重要性。另外通过对过往文献的总结,深化了商务信函写作的技巧。英语商务信函写作要求运用标准的术语,内容最好做到简洁明朗从而传达准确无误的信息。因此,写好英语商务信函在外贸谈判中至关重要。

 Abstract

With the rapid development of international trade and the increase of business cooperation between countries, business letter writing as an important carrier for transmitting information is an indispensable part in the business communications. It goes throughout each process in the foreign business, transmits the complete and correct business information timely and helps to reach the most effective communications for both sides of the trade. This paper focuses on the discussion of the features and skills of business letter writing in English so as to strengthen its importance in the international trade. Additionally, according to the summary of the previous studies, it deepens the skills of writing business letters. It requires to use standard jargons in English business letter writing and its content had better be simplified and clear so as to transmit the correct information. Therefore, it’s very important to write the good English business letters in foreign trade negotiations.
