上海机场的工程经济学分析

在现代经济活动中，机场逐渐成为城市发展要素中极为重要的一环，本文以上海机场为例，通过上海机场过去十年的运营情况，考虑在疫情影响下，上海机场非航空业务与航空业务受到的影响，对两方面在后疫情时代的表现分别进行分析，通过剖析免税业务的合同协议变更与计算动态投资回报期和净现值分析法，研究机场项目建设的可行性与投资回报周期，以及民用航空对城市经济和区域经济的影响，从而分析是否应当保持加速对机场的建设或扩建

Engineering Economic Analysis of Shanghai Airport Authority
ABSTRACT
In modern economic activities, the airport has gradually become a very important part of urban development factors. This paper takes Shanghai airport as an example, through the operation of Shanghai airport in the past ten years, considering the impact of the epidemic on the non aviation business and aviation business of Shanghai airport, analyzes the performance of the two aspects in the post epidemic era, and analyzes the contract of tax-free business This paper studies the feasibility of airport project construction and the period of return on investment, as well as the impact of civil aviation on urban economy and regional economy, so as to analyze whether the construction or expansion of the airport should be accelerated.
