高速公路巡检机器人的整体设计

【内容摘要】

高速公路巡检机器人的整体设计 随着近年来我国经济的快速发展以及人民生活水平的提高,交通运输体系也随之快速发展。同时随着工业4.0时代的来临和互联网技术的快速发展,互联网以及自动化将成为,交通运输的重要基础设施,智能化、智慧化、自动化越来越成为交通运输系统的显著特征。虽然近年来监控系统的视频分辨率逐步提高,视频监控点位越来越多,监控死角越来越少,一定程度上提高了高速公路的运营维护能力,但是此类系统仍旧存在耗时、事故处理困难、巡检工作量大、效率低等不足。面对上述问题,本课题拟设计一种用于高速公路的自动巡检机器人,其能够在高速公路上替代人工完成巡检的工作。 在设计过程中,通过查阅相关的文献资料,了解目前用于高速公路巡检机器人的研究现状以及应用现状,之后对高速公路巡检机器人进行总体的设计,确定设计方案后对机器人内的传动部件进行设计、计算以及校核,并使用计算机软件对所设计的内容进行三维模型及二维图纸的设计和绘制。 关键词:高速公路;巡检;机器人 Abstract With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards in recent years, the transportation system also develops rapidly. At the same time, with the advent of the era of Industry 4.0 and the rapid development of Internet technology, the Internet and automation will become an important infrastructure of transportation. Intelligent, intelligent and automation are becoming more and more prominent features of transportation system. Although the video resolution of the monitoring system has been gradually improved in recent years, with more and more video monitoring points and less and less monitoring dead angles, the operation and maintenance ability of the expressways has been improved to some extent, such systems still have disadvantages such as time consuming, difficult accident handling, heavy workload of patrol inspection and low efficiency. In the face of the above problems, this topic plans to design an automatic inspection robot used in the highway, which can replace manual inspection on the highway.
