自动玉米脱粒机设计 作为农作物的一种,玉米也是人们的日常生活中常见的食物之一,而且玉米浑身都是宝,对维持人体健康有极大的作用。玉米能够开胃健脾、除湿利尿、降血压、降血脂和延缓衰老,它甚至还可以补血,美容、减肥,增加人体蛋白质。它还可以用来煮汤,爆炒等等,食用起来非常可口,是不可多得的美味佳肴。在所有主食中,玉米的营养价值和保健作用是最高的。玉米中含有的核黄素等高营养物质,对人体是十分有益的。与大豆、小麦相比,玉米的脂肪、蛋白质含量较低,碳水化合物含量较高,因而玉米制品越来越受到健身以及减肥人士的青睐。 本次设计的题目是自动玉米脱粒机的设计,传统玉米脱粒都是依靠人工,这样工作效率低,质量也得不到保证。而本课题设计的自动玉米脱粒机,可以实现玉米的自动脱粒:通过安装在机架上面的滚轮和腰轮的相对运动从而实现玉米的自动脱粒,这种结构,可以在人工脱粒的基础上面大大地提高生产效率,降低劳动成本,玉米脱粒率高且脱粒干净,甚至能够实现玉米粒和玉米杆的自动分离及回收。 关键词:农作物;营养;自动玉米脱粒机;结构;分离 Abstract As a kind of crop, corn is also one of the common foods in people's daily life, and corn is fullof treasures, which plays a great role in maintaining human health.
