面对全球性的金融大动荡，2009年我国经济保增长的压力不容忽视。
当然，基于支撑中国经济高速发展的有利因素，加上宏观调控政策的推动，保增长问题应该还不是太大。同时FDI已经成为中国经济成功不可或缺的一部分，每年占中国经济的比重不断增加，并且可能将继续下去。首先介绍了国际直接投资的基本理论、现状分析和中国吸引外国直接投资以及国对外直接投资的情况，然后主要通过计量、数据分析等实证分析方法，分析了外国直投资对中国经济增长、对外贸易的影响。最后通过以上的利弊分析，给出了新时期中国引进国际直接投资的策略建议。

Abstract
This paper introduces the basic theories and developing tendency of foreign direct investment(FDI), and conditions of China attracting FDI of China investing foreign countries. Then, it analyzes FDI impact on economic growth, trade towards foreign countries by means of demonstrative analytical methods of economics, data cases etc. Finally, through above analysis of advantages and disadvantages, some advices on China introducing FDI in the new times are given.
