留言板是Internet上最基本的交互式网页，是网络上提供的一项基本服务，也是一个和浏览者交流，沟通的园地。
本设计采用Microsoft ASP作为开发工具，后台数据库采用SQL数据库设计，实现对数据库的各种管理操作，实现留言板的留言及管理功能。
本论文叙述了留言板的开发概况，留言板开发的目的和意义，系统的开发环境，系统所用到的ASP技术叙述和系统开发的整体规划等。本论文从系统的角度，介绍了留言板系统的设计和实现的过程，具体包括：系统分析、系统设计、功能设计、数据库设计、系统实现等。
本设计实现了留言板系统的基本功能。该留言板系统主要分为两类用户：管理员，普通用户。该留言板系统实现的功能有：用户注册，普通用户登录，用户留言，管理员登录，管理员对留言的管理和回复等留言板系统的基本功能。

ABSTRACT
The message center is on Internet the most basic interactive homepage, is a basic service which in the network provides, also is one with the browsing exchange, the communication field.
This design uses Microsoft ASP to take the development kit, the backstage database uses the SQL database design, realizes to the database each kind of management operation, realizes the message center message and the management function.
The present paper narrated the message center development survey, the goal and the significance which the message center develops, the system development environment, the ASP technology narration and the system development whole plan which the system uses and so on.The present paper from the system angle, introduced the message center system design and the realization process, includes specifically: System analysis, system design, functional design, database design, system realization and so on.
Because the specialized knowledge and ability are limited, this design only realizes the message center system basic function.This message center system mainly divides into two kind of users: Manager, average consumer.This message center system realization function includes: The user registration, the average consumer registers, the user message, the manager registers, manager to message center system and so on message management and reply basic functions.[
