【内容摘要】

武术运动中柔韧素质的好坏,是正确规范地完成武术技术动作的基础,是减少和避免运动损伤,提高技战术能力的重要保证。在实际教学中从学生的心理、生理特点出发,进行柔韧素质的练习。通过叙述,使学生充分了解柔韧素质的重要性,掌握一些柔韧练习的方法,从而提高自己的柔韧素质,在武术教学中,按照武术的规律,较快提高学生身体柔韧素质。
