有氧健身操对女大学生身心的影响

【内容摘要】

通过文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较法等方法,

对持续参加有氧健身操锻炼的女大学生的身心素质进行研究,结果表明:参加有氧健身操锻炼一方面能有效的提高学生的身体素质,对心血管系统、呼吸系统、免疫系统都有良好的改善功能;另一方面通过练习也增强了学生的心理素质,增强了学生非认知因素的发展,减轻了情绪生活,疏解心理压力,改善了同学之间的人际关系,陶冶了美好情操,使人产生充足感,满足感。有氧健身操是较好的提高学生身心素质的一种手段。

Abstract : The documentary, experimental, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, such as comparative law, continuing participation in aerobic exercise female college student of physical and mental quality study results showed : participation in aerobic exercise, we would effectively improve the physical fitness of students, the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, the immune system is a good improvement in function; the other hand, the practice has also enhanced the quality of the children's psychological, students have enhanced non-cognitive factors of development, thereby reducing the emotional life of ease psychological pressure, improve interpersonal relationships between the students and cultivate a beautiful sentiment, to create an adequate sense of satisfaction. Aerobics is better to improve the quality of children as a means.
