本文运用文献资料法、逻辑法和举例说明法，
用系统科学的观点，主要阐述了套路演练中动静节奏的重要性，以及中华武术动静结合的独特风格，对武术套路学习者提供参考，从大角度出发阐述了武术动中有静，静中有动，动与静结合的特点，动之精魂，彰显武术之活力，静之本色，体现武者之内涵。
