房地产广告的地方性特色研究--以XX为例

【内容摘要】

不同的房地产通常采用不同的广告手法方式表现非常明显。

该文对房地产广告的特色性研究做了些初步分析,特别是对于江西市场做了探讨。文章首先从广告的定义、分类、特征入手,对房地产广告做初步的了解。其次分析南昌房地产广告的地方性表现。然后深入剖析案例,探讨房地产广告在营销中的销售方法。最后分析房地产广告的前景,归纳出如何根据本土文化创造出属于本地的房地产广告。

Abstract
    
It is obvious that people use different advertisements methods for different realty. This paragraph analyses elementary the study of realty advertaice characteristics, especially the market of Jiangxi. First, The paragraph with the definitions, categories, characteristics, to know elementary about the realty advertising. Second, analyze the local performance of the Nanchang realty advertisement. Third, study and analysis the case, people discuss realty advertisement marketing and sales strategy. The end, give an analysis of realty advertisements prospect, summarize how to create local realty advertisement based on the provincial culture.
