南京“我爱我家”房产中介的服务营销研究

随着我国市场经济的不断完善和土地使用制度的改革,房地产快速发展起来,而房产中介是房地产从生产到消费过程中的媒介,在房地产发展中扮演着重要的角色。

房产中介对于搞活房地产流通,提高交易效率,规范市场秩序,繁荣市场起着重要作用。本文通过分析南京“我爱我家”房产中介的经营发展,找出其在服务营销中存在的问题,从而提出一些解决对策。

Abstract:along with China's market economy constantly improving and land use system reforming, the real estate is fastly developing, and the real estate property intermediary plays an important role from production to the process of consumer in real estate development. Real estate intermediary to invigorate and improve the efficiency, circulation market order, market prosperity plays an important role. In analyzing the nanjing "5i5j" property intermediary development, find out problems in the service marketing, so as to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
