当今，韩国已成为了中国最大的外商投资国。然而，韩国企业对华投资急速发展的同时，在投资中也暴露出这样或那样的问题。在华的韩资企业在投资结构上面临着一些具体困难。本文首先对韩国企业对中国投资现状和投资特点进行了考察，分析其中存在的问题及成因，以提出改善的有效方法，并探索出其未来发展前景。重点对韩国企业在华投资结构从投资区域结构、产业结构、结构方式三个方面进行了研究，根据上述的投资现状及投资结构特征，对韩国企业在华投资趋势进行了探讨，帮助韩国投资者和企业了解和吸取在华投资的一些经验和教训，以便今后在中国投资和经营取得更大成功。也使得中韩双方在未来的友好经贸合作中互惠互利，共同发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：韩国，直接投资，投资结构，特点
Analysis of Investment Structure In China of Korean Enterprises
Abstract: Korea is now the biggest region of foreign investment in China. However, there are some problems in the process of fast increase of the Korean investment. And Korean companies face many idiographic difficulties in their daily operation.
In This paper, firstly, Korean enterprises to invest in China the status quo and investment characteristics of the study, analysis of the problems and causes, to an effective way to improve, and explore its future prospects. Studied the structure of Korean enterprises investing in China from the investment of regional structure, industrial structure, structure, method three, according to the Investment Status and Investment structural features of Korean enterprises in China to explore investment trends it will help them to have a better performance in China in the future. It also helps both Korea and China to have benefit in the trades to-be so that the two sides can develop together.
