高新技术产业是我国的主导产业之一。高新技术贸易直接影响着我国对外总贸易,也关系到我国在国际贸易中的地位。技术性贸易壁垒是全球贸易自由化发展的必然产物。近些年来,各国设置了一系列的技术性贸易壁垒,对我国高新技术产业影响很大。基于此，本论文对此问题进行分析我国高新技术遭受技术性贸易壁垒的现状和原因，以及技术性贸易壁垒对我国高新产业的影响，并提出了政府、企业与行业协会应对的参考对策与建议。Abstract：high-tech industry is one of dominate industry in our country, The high-tech industry is not only influence directly for foreign trade, but also relate to the china’s status in the international trade. Technical barrier to trade is an inevitable result of global trade liberalization.However, In recent years, some countries set up a series of technical barriers to trade,therefore, TBT has gradually become a major obstacle to the exportation of China’s high-tech products. Based on this, the paper analysis the current situation, reasons and impacts of TBT on the exportation of China’s high technology studies on this issue. At last, it gives countermeasures and suggestions of the government, enterprises and trade association.
