加工贸易是我国我国对外贸易的重要组成部分。中国凭借国内低廉的劳动力，丰富的土地资源和种种优惠政策吸引了大量外商将生产线转移到中国。加工贸易对我国增加就业、扩大出口、引用外资、促进产业结构调整和升级、保持外汇平衡等方面发挥了重要作用。但是由于中国只承担了加工制造环节，处于产业链低端，故中国的加工贸易长期存在问题。特别是近年来，随着人民币升值，贸易摩擦加剧，人力资源成本上升等因素，我国加工贸易出现了困局。本文通过对我国加工贸易的长期问题和新面临问题的分析，从而提出帮助我国加工贸易走出困局的对策。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：加工贸易；长期问题；新问题；对策
On the Problems of China's Improvement Trade and its Countermeasures
Abstract: Improvement trade is the most important component in the foreign trade in our country. With the low-cost labor force, abundant land resources and various preferential polices, China has attracted lots of foreign business to transfer their production line into China. Improvement trade has a great impact on increasing employment rate, export expansion, foreign investment, promoting of industry’s structural adjustment and upgrade, and maintaining the balance of foreign exchange as well. However, as China is in charge of the processing and manufacturing, which is at the low end of the industry chain, problems has existed in the improvement trade of China for quite a long period. And especially in the recent years, with the factors like the rise in value of RMB, intensification of trade friction and rise in the cost of human resources, improvement trade of our country has faced a difficult situation. Countermeasure will be raised in helping the improvement trade of China out of the difficulties through the analysis on the long-term problem and new problem in it in this paper.
