On Barriers in Intercultural Communication and Its Solutions With the continuous development of economy, culture, science and technology, people of different cultural backgrounds may have more and more barriers in cross-cultural communication, which hamper the effective cross-cultural communication. Only by taking methods to eliminate these barriers can the effective cross-cultural communication be achieved. This paper analyzes the phenomena of the barriers existing in effective cross-cultural communication and analyzes some of the most obvious barriers by adopting a method of comparative analysis. As the intercultural communication competence is regarded one of the most important preconditions in effective cross-cultural communication, laying much emphasis in cultivating intercultural communication competence can better eliminate the communicative barriers and thus ensure effective cross-cultural communication. 摘 要
随着经济、文化和科技的不断发展，跨文化交际变得越来越频繁，拥有不同文化背景的人们之间的交际存在着各种不同的障碍。这些障碍阻碍了有效的跨文化交际。只有想办法消除障碍才能提高有效的跨文化交际。本文分析了跨文化交际中存在的障碍并运用对比分析法进行了分析。由于跨文化交际能力被视为有效跨文化交际的前提，注重培养跨文化交际能力可以更好地消除跨文化交际障碍并确保有效跨文化交际的实现。
