随着我国经济快速发展，我国经济方面一些矛盾开始逐渐浮现。地方政府债务风险问题就是其中之一，近年来关于地方政府负债的新闻层出不穷，地方政府债务问题已经引起社会各界的广泛关注。本文主要从地方政府债务的实际出发，简述了我国地方政府债务的定义、种类、特点和表现方式，分析了地方政府债务风险存在的问题。再由厦门市作为研究对象，对厦门市政府债务风险进行探究。在实例探究过程中，本文先是使用多元统计分析方法，采用因子分析，判别分析等方法对厦门市政府09年财政风险进行大致分析，再用模糊数学相关知识对厦门市各类风险进行综合评价。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：地方政府；债务风险；预警
The Explore of Local Government Debt Risk
Abstract: Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, more and more problems of China’s economy have been brought to our attention. Local government debt risk is one of them. There more and more news about local government taking serious debts issue, and this news had aroused wide attention. This paper is base on the fact of Local Government Debt, and it also gives a description about the definition, types, characteristics and expression of Local Government Debt. It also gives an analysis of the risk of local government debt. Then this paper explores the risk of Xiamen government’s debts. This paper had used the knowledge of Multivariate Statistics to give a simple exploration, then with the help of Fuzzy Mathematics’ knowledge, it had given a comprehensive evaluation of the Xiamen Government debt risk.
