Mandatory community serviceis a new model to prevent teenagers crime fang-tsang
Abstract
In recent years, rising juvenile crime has caused all circles of the society.This paper is the intense attention to a large number of literature as a foundation. It introduces Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and zhongshan area through mandatory community service to prevent teenagers crime and focuses on analyzing the practice compulsory community service in preventing teenagers crime aspects of value.
