Abstract: Low Carbon Economy is a great “Green Long March” to transform the economies of China, which is an opportunity as well as challenge to Guangzhou and Nansha. Barriers will be set by both new energy resources development and energy conservation to Guangzhou, its Nansha and its economic transformation.
