家族制度与家族管理模式并非中国特色，在全球500强中，有175家 为家族控制的企业。家族企业是家族与企业的一种“二合一”的结合体，从企业运行角度分析，它不可能完全按照家族运行的规则，也不可能完全按照现代企业的规则。要实现家族企业的可持续发展不可避免的还涉及到企业的传承、企业文化、政府政策环境、在新的国际经济环境下如何发展等问题。本文在对家族企业进行理论分析的基础上，着重于对广东家族企业发展现状及其存在问题的研究，并探索广东家族企业如何进行制度变革，改善管理体系，以此实现可持续发展。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：广东家族企业生命周期制度变革可持续发展AbstractThe family system and family management model is not Chinese characteristics, in the global top 500, there are 175 family-controlled enterprise.
