落实社区居委会安全生产监管管理工作是维护群众的生命财产安全，是要在构建社会主义和谐社会中发挥重要作用的一件重要工作。在2005年，国家总局和国家综治委就联合发文要求推进平安社区建设。今年，广州市安委会下发《关于进一步加强全市村级安全生产监督管理工作的通知》（穗安〔2008〕24号）文件，要求各区县把推进社区居委会安全生产监管这项工作作为深入推进平安社区建设、务实基层基础的工作来部署。加强安全生产工作的极端重要性及其长期性、艰巨性、复杂性，对落实安全发展、保障人民群众生命财产安全和健康的重大责任，具有非常现实的理论和实践意义。随着对安全生产认识的不断深化，我们是否可把安全生产的本质概括为：在一定的历史条件下，最大限度地保护劳动者在生产过程中的生命安全和职业健康。因此，立足现实条件，充分利用发挥现实条件，加强安全生产工作，是我们的当务之急。安全生产作为创建和谐社会的一个重要组成部分，国家对安全生产工作高度重视，新闻媒体也对安全生产的关注日益增多。安全就是生命，安全就是发展，安全就是效益，安全也是现今社会永恒的主题。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：社区，安全，监督管理Abstract Implement community residents' committees production safety supervision management job is to protect the safety of life and property, is to construct socialist harmonious society plays an important role in an important work.
