风景区一线员工满意度提升策略研究

随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业都认识到顾客满意度是企业生存的前提和保障,而顾客满意建立在企业提供的服务之上。无论服务理念如何更新,方式如何变化,企业提供服务的主体始终不变,那就是企业的员工,只有满意的员工才能创造出满意的顾客。企业想获得更多利润,提高客户满意度,必须从源头抓起,更多关注员工利益,提高员工满意度。通过对广西桂平西山风景区一线员工满意度为主题的调查,发现景区在职的一线员工对现阶段工作的满意度较低,这对一线员工的工作热情有很大的影响。一线员工满意度低下具体表现在员工工作主动性不强、工作倦怠、心理归属感差、缺乏团队精神,究其原因,主要是缺乏对企业价值观的认同感、管理制度不健全、工作责任分配不明确、激励不到位,针对这些问题,在企业文化、管理制度、管理者能力提升、员工个人素质提升等方面进行改建,有利于培养员工的工作积极性和工作热情,提升景区一线员工的工作满意度,改善景区的服务质量。关键词(本论文范文的主要论点):西山风景区;工作满意度;一线员工;激励 ABSTRACTFor the intense along with the market competition day by day, the enterprise all realized that the customer satisfaction is the enterprise survival premise and the safeguard, but the customer satisfaction was established by the enterprise`s service. However the service idea does renew, however the way does change, the service provision is invariable throughout, that is enterprise's employees, only satisfied the employees can create the satisfied customers. The enterprise wants to obtain more profits, enhances the customer satisfaction, they must work from the source, pays more attention to the employees’ benefit, enhances the employees’ satisfaction. Through the investigation of the employee satisfaction to the Guangxi Guiping Xishan scenic spot employees, it discovered that employee satisfaction for the first scenic area employees is low, that is very tremendous influence to the warmth of an employees’ work. A employees' behave oflow satisfaction of work are mainly not strongly work initiative,job burnout, the psychological sense of belonging difference, the deficient team spirit, investigates the reason, is mainly lacked of the enterprise values agreement, unreasonable management system, the work responsibility assignment is not clear, motivation inadequate, in view of these questions, enterprise culture, management system, superintendent ability promotion, staff individual quality promotion carries on the reconstruction, is advantageous in train personnel's positive attitude and the work enthusiasm, promotes the first scenic area staff's work satisfaction, improves the first scenic area the grade of service.Keywords: Xishan scenic spot;Jobsatisfaction;Employee;Motivate
