摘要济南市房地产市场经过了近二十年的岁月洗礼，现在已逐步上升为济南经济的重要支柱。但是由于济南房地产业客观上存在着发展不成熟，产业结构不合理等问题，并且济南本地房地产业创建品牌的意识总体相当淡漠，济南房地产的建设还处于不完善阶段。 本文针对济南市房地产展开研究分析，将研究过程分为三部分：第一部分为济南房地产的发展现状，第二部分对济南房地产问题的分析，第三部分为济南房地产发展的应对策路。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：济南市房地产；市场结构；品牌战略 ABSTRACTJinan city real estate market through nearly twenty years, now already gradually increased to Jinan important sector of the economy.
