摘要本文的研究对象是山东渔业出口贸易的现状及对策建议。首先，对山东渔业的出口贸易现状进行分析，大体上从山东渔业背景和渔产品产量、出口贸易两方面剖析。一方面从山东渔业地理位置、出台政策和社会环境三个方面的背景分析了一下山东渔业的现状；另一方面，从渔业生产、出口总量方面分析山东渔业贸易现状。其次，对制约山东渔业进出口贸易的原因从外部、内部两方面因素进行论述。外部因素有：出口市场高度集中，极易受到别的国家的政治、经济、贸易政策等多种因素的制约，风险过大；技术性贸易壁垒盛行等。内部因素有：主导品种少，技术含量低；生产成本上升；出口市场的不正当竞争；渔业生态环境恶化和资源衰竭；信息化程度较低等。最后，对促进山东渔业出口贸易发展提出对策，包括：重视国际市场的需求，实施名牌战略；积极拓展国际市场，实现出口市场多元化；积极应对国外的技术性贸易壁垒；发展专业的行业协会，形成有组织的联合体作战；加快科技创新，调整优化渔业产业结构；发展生态渔业，科学合理地利用渔业资源，是实现渔业资源可持续利用和长久发展的可行策略。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：出口贸易；科技创新；可持续；生态渔业ABSTRACT In this paper, the object is fishery export trade situation and countermeasures of Shandong. Firstly, I analyze the export trade of shandong fishery situation largely from two aspects: shandong fishery background and output of aquatic products. On the one hand, I analyze the current situation of shandong fishery from shandong fishery geographic location, policy and social environment; On the other hand, I analyze it from the total export trade status. Secondly, I summarise the restrictions of export trade of shandong fishery from international and domestic reasons. International reasons are: export market concentration, vulnerable to other country's political, economic and trade policies of risk factors, Technical trade barrier prevalence, etc. Domestic reasons are: leading varieties, low technology, the rising production costs, Export market of unfair competition, Fishery worsening ecological environment and resource exhaustion, A lower degree of informatization. Finally, I recommend policy ations to promote the development of shandong fishery import and export trade, including: attention to the international market demand, the implementation of brand strategy, developing international market actively, realize the seafood export market diversification, Actively overseas technical barriers to trade, Development of professional associations, the formation of organized complex operations, Science and technology innovation, adjusting and optimizing fisheries industry structure, Developing ecological fishery science reasonable utilization of fishery resources.
