摘要：随着WTO对于关税的限制，使得很多国家通过绿色壁垒来限制进出口。绿色壁垒的兴起对浙江省的农场品进口产生了重大的影响。又逢遇上了百年不遇的经济危机，在金融危机和绿色壁垒的双重压力下到底会给浙江省农产品的出口带来多大的影响呢？本文通过对绿色壁垒的起源和特点的分析，挖掘出了我省遭遇绿色壁垒的国内和国际原因，详细分析了绿色壁垒对浙江省农产品积极与消极的影响。最后从政府、企业和行业协会的角度出发提出了一些建设性的意见。关键词（本论文范文的主要论点）：绿色壁垒 农场品 影响 对策
Abstract：Because of the restrict of the WTO with the tariff , many countries begin to use Green Barriers to restrict the import and export. Unfortunately,the world financial crisis hit us.under the press of both finacial crisis and Green barrier,what great influence will bring to ZheJiang’s agriculture productions?Through this article,we will analyse the original and the character of Green Barrier , and we will dig the reasons why we hit by Green Barrier from the inside and outside reasons. And we will get to know the active and positive influence to Zhejing’s agriculture produtions. At last we give some advice from the view of government corporation and industry association.
