谈领导者的用人与成事

【内容摘要】

现在,很多领导干部在选才用人方面,往往缺乏原则和制度的监管约束。出现“用人唯亲、选才变选财”等,常常会看到“倒下一个,一片牵连”之类的腐败现象,长此以往,社会将一次次丧失制度改进的良机。近年来的一些公开招聘、考试,与内部选拔、暗箱操作,不向社会开放相比,“逢进必考”堪称进步”。反之,刚走出校门的大学生,会不断拷问当下社会,那里有公平、公正的选拔人才的机制?什么时候当下领导干部不会用人唯亲?读书何用?关于标题的文章、评论很多很多,有用心良苦的学者,有愤怒的青年才干……,本人也试图通过历史及一些社会现象,发表一下个人的观点,希望能通过古训,带给自己一点启示。

Abstract

Nowadays, there is always not enough principle and supervision while the leader selecting and using talents. So comes the slogan “only relatives will be selected, talents –election turns into money earning game”, and we always witness the corruption as the rumor goes “one falls down, all are bound up with it.”, if the situation continues this way, this society is going to miss the opportunity to make progress in its system. Some companies are make the recruitment publicly these years, comparing with internal recruitment, secret selection, not opening to the public in the pass, this kind of “everyone has the chance to take exam” can be claimed improvement.
On the contrary, the newly graduates keep pushing the society to answer their questions “where is the equal and justice talent-selected system? When the current leaders will stop the relatives-only recruitment system? What is the purpose of attending school? ”.
There are numerous of articles and opinions regarding to this topic, they are from enthusiastic scholars, from resentful young talents etc. I also want to express my opinion through some history and social phenomenon, hoping it will bring some instruction to me through those adages.
