表象训练在田径中的应用-以xx学院体育系学生为例

【内容摘要】

表象训练在田径教学中地位是不容忽视的,它对于动作技术的形成及发展有很大的推动作用,对运动员的心理也有很大的积极作用。运用论述法,文献资料法,实验对照法,以滨州学院体育系学生为例,对普通高校学生关于表象训练在田径教学中的作用进行了调查研究。更好的分析田径教学中表象训练在运动技能形成各阶段的不同作用、研究表象训练在不同运动项目中起到的作用、表象训练对不同水平运动员的影响。通过对这些影响因素的研究,使表象训练更好的作用于不同水平的学生,促进他们技术水平的发展。

Abstract
The Imaginary training in track and field teaching status is not allow to neglect, it for the action of the formation and development of technology, has a great role in promoting on the athletes' mental also have great positive role. Using this method, the literature material method, experiment contrast method, students with this week as an example to fasten to college students, in ordinary universities about imaginary training in the role of the track and field teaching statistics. Better analysis in track and field teaching imaginary training in every stage of the sports skill form different effects, research representation in different sports training the effect of different level, imaginary training effect of athletes. Through the study of these factors, make imaginary training better effect on different levels of students, promote the development of both say their level.
