高师学生职业技能的培养研究

【内容摘要】

进入21世纪,我国的基础教育改革又进入到了一个新的历史时期,新的教育理论、教育模式层出不穷,推动了我国基础教育的发展。而基础教育新的课程标准和对教师的要求需要高师院校及时对办学理念、办学体制、教育模式、教学方法与培养目标作出相应调整,使高师学生具备更加专业的技能和较高的素质以适应基础教育改革。因此,高师院校强化师范专业学生的职业技能培养具有重要的现实意义。本文在理论研究和现状调查的基础上,主要从研究背景,高师学生缺乏职业技能的原因,高师学生职业技能培养的内容,强化师范学生职业技能的对策等四个方面进行了研究与探讨。

Abstract
Entering the 21st century, China's basic education reform had entered a new historical period, the new education theory, education mode to emerge in endlessly, promoted the development of basic education in China. Based on the new curriculum standard and education of teachers college timely requires of school-running conception, system, education mode, teaching methods and training target, make corresponding adjustments to normal students with more professional skills and high quality of education reform in order to adapt to the foundation. Therefore, college students of normal aggrandizement vocational skills training has the important practical significance.
Based on the theoretical research and, on the basis of investigation on the current situation from the following several aspects mainly studied and discussed: the research background, the normal students lack of professional skill, students vocational skills training is normal, to strengthen the students' vocational skills countermeasures from four aspects such as research, finally obtained college students’ professional skills should strengthen the conclusion.
