滨州位于黄河下游、鲁北平原，地处黄河三角洲尾闾，北临渤海，东与东营市接壤，南和淄博市毗邻，西同德州市和济南市搭界，是山东的北大门。该区域土地资源优势突出，地理区位条件优越，自然资源较为丰富，生态系统独具特色，产业发展基础较好，具有发展高效生态经济的良好条件。随着我省现代化进程的加快，滨州市地区的地位和作用日益显现。本文全面分析滨州市产业结构的现状特点,以及产业结构调整面临的问题。在此基础上,根据滨州市实际,结合国内外形势的变化,提出滨州市产业结构调整应当采取的措施，为滨州市产业结构调整提供依据。

Research of the Industrial Restructuring in Bin Zhou
Abstract
Binzhou is located in the lower Yellow River, northern Shandong plain. Binzhou is the northern gate of Shandong，located in Yellow River Delta, bounded by the Bohai Sea. Land resources in the region highlight the geographical area in an advantageous location, abundant natural resources, unique ecosystems. Industrial development and better foundation, with the development of efficient ecological economy, has a good condition.
With the accelerated process of modernization of our province, Binzhou City, the status and role of the region have increasingly shown. This text gives comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of Binzhou City and the status of the industrial structure and industrial structure adjustment problems. On this basis, Binzhou City, according to actual changes in the situation at home and abroad, puts forward that Binzhou City should take measures to provide the basis for industrial restructuring.
