土地利用动态变化的实质是人类为了满足社会经济发展的需要，不断调配各种土地利用的过程，反映了人类利用土地进行生活、生产活动的发展趋势。及时准确地研究土地利用变化，寻求合理的、能够取得较好的社会、经济和生态效益的土地利用方案，能够为区域土地利用规划提供决策服务。以滨州市区为研究对象，利用1992年和2004年的Landsat TM/ETM+遥感影像，结合GIS技术提取分析滨州市区1992-2004年间土地利用动态变化信息。利用ArcGIS软件对研究区进行叠合分析，在此基础上研究其变化的驱动因素，为今后滨州市的城市发展规划和土地的可持续利用提供了参考。

Analysis of Land Use Change in Binzhou City
Abstract
The dynamic changes of land use of human nature is to meet the demand of social and economic development, and constantly allocate various land use process, reflects human beings use land for life, the development trend of production activities. Timely and accurate model of land use change, seek the reasonable, can get better social, economic and ecological benefits of land use plan, can provide for regional land use planning decision-making service.
In binzhou city as the research object, using in 1992 and 2004 Landsat TM/ETM + of remote sensing, combining GIS extraction analysis from 1992 to 2004 binzhou city land use dynamic change information. In the study area using ArcGIS softwares for composite analysis, based on this research, the factors driving the change for the future urban development planning of binzhou city and sustainable use of land provides reference.
