自20世纪中叶以来，旅游进入了大众时代，人类的环境伦理观开始向旅游领域渗透，可持续发展的理念深入人心，环境保护日趋成为人们关注的话题。鹤伴山国家森林公园是滨州市唯一一处国家级森林公园，近几年，鹤伴山旅游业得到了长足发展，但开发的同时也出现了一些问题：由于鹤伴山景区管理不当，旅游环境恶化危及到了鹤伴山国家森林公园的旅游可持续发展，为此有必要对鹤伴山进行旅游可持续发展研究。本文运用旅游学、地理学、生态学、可持续发展等相关理论，通过分析鹤伴山国家森林公园旅游资源的特点，以及目前旅游业开发的现状和存在的问题，提出了实现鹤伴山旅游可持续发展的相关措施，即强化旅游环境质量管理，坚持旅游开发与保护并重的原则，走可持续发展之路，加强人文旅游建设和旅游服务质量管理，提高旅游人才的技能和服务水平等，从而实现鹤伴山旅游的可持续发展。

Crane Mountain National Forest Park with the Sustainable Development of Tourism Research
Abstract
Since the mid-20th century, tourism has entered the era of the public, the human concept of environmental ethics began to permeate the field of tourism, the people the concept of sustainable development, environmental protection, increasingly become a topic of concern. Crane with Mountain National Forest Park, Binzhou City, is the only one national forest park, in recent years, Crane has been associated with mountain tourism industry developed by leaps and bounds, but at the same time developed a number of issues: as a result of Crane Mountain with mismanagement , tourism, environmental degradation threaten the Cape Mountain National Forest Park with the sustainable development of tourism, for which there is a need for the crane with the sustainable development of mountain tourism research.
In this paper, the use of tourism, geography, ecology, sustainable development and other related theories, by analyzing the crane with Mountain National Forest Park of the characteristics of tourism resources, tourism development and the current status and existing problems, put forward with the realization of Crane Mountain measures related to sustainable development, namely, to strengthen the environmental quality of tourism management, tourism development and adhere to the principle of equal protection, sustainable development, strengthen the building of the cultural tourism and tourism service quality management and improve the skills of tourism professionals and service levels, etc. Crane with in order to achieve the sustainable development of mountain tourism.
